Company Will Host Nationwide Collection Drive and Award $20,000 Grant
EVANSVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
OneMain Financial announced today its partnership with Operation
Gratitude, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the
evolving needs of the U.S. military and first responder communities. As
part of this partnership, OneMain Financial will host a company-wide
collection drive in its 1,600+ branches across the country and has
pledged $20,000 to the organization.

the struggles that servicemen, servicewomen and their families too often

“Operation Gratitude is doing important work to alleviate some of these

The collection drive will run throughout the month of November, allowing
customers and team members the opportunity to drop off hand warmers, lip
balm, travel-size deodorant, travel-size body and hand wipes, and black
crew socks. All items must be new and sealed. Every item received in the
collection drive will be shipped in care packages to deployed troops,
first responders, veterans and military families.
As a way of continuing its support, OneMain has awarded a $20,000 grant
to Operation Gratitude. The grant will be used to further the
organization’s mission of lifting the spirits of the men and women who
serve our nation as well as providing opportunities for fellow Americans
to express their gratitude to our servicemen and servicewomen.
